The Fortnite Quest Rewards have been a recent innovation for the Battle Royale. The Battle Pass doesn’t just have rewards for leveling any more. You’ve got to finish each round of the weekly quests to get exclusive rewards. At least they should be awarded once you’ve got your quests done. The Fortnite quest rewards are broken right now though. In a kind of weird way.
The current quest rewards have gotten mixed up. Players holding the premium Battle Pass may have just gotten some new quest rewards for free, and others which they’ve completed the quests for are still sat locked. What’s happened and when is Epic going to fix the rewards?

The Fortnite quest rewards each week are a way to unlock new styles for Fortnite skins. For completing all weekly quests, you get another bonus style. In Chapter 5 Season 2, these have gotten slightly muddled.
The first round of Fortnite rewards was supposed to unlock when you completed Weeks 0 to 3. However, they haven’t. Even if you’ve finished off the quests, you’re not going to have them unlocked thanks to a bug. On the other hand, other items are unlocking which are supposed to be tied to later quests. What’s gone on? Epic has an explanation.
Epic has claimed each set of rewards are tied to the wrong quests. Players will get page 1 when they complete the next set of quests. They’ll get those quest rewards for completing the early quests. It’s a little confusing for players. However, once all the quests are here and completed everything should even out.
What’s weird though is how Epic has “clarified” They’re claiming page 1 should have said week 5-6. This would depart from the way they’ve always done these quests, with Page 1 always tying to the early quests. Clearly, a mistake has been made somewhere. Although, Epic seems to be denying it was a mistake when a single case of human error out of all the Battle Passes across all Fortnite seasons really wouldn’t be the worst thing. Still, a fix is about to come.
This little mix-up is annoying, but it’s about to get cleared up. They aren’t changing which quests reflect which rewards. However, they will update the text so the accurate tasks are linked to each reward.
If you get each and every quest done, you’ll still always unlock all the cosmetics for the season. However, this error has been a bit confusing over the last few days for players.
